Edward Blum, head of an organization that filed lawsuits against diversity fellowships at large law firms on behalf of non-minority applicants, says the suits have already changed firms' behavior and the group has no current plans to file similar legal actions.

Winston & Strawn LLP has become the latest BigLaw firm sued by an anti-affirmative action group as it faced a Monday complaint in Texas federal court targeting its diversity scholarship program on behalf of two of the group's members who are straight, white males who want to apply for the program.
