7th Circ. Motorola Ruling Raises Stakes Of DTSA Litigation

Hytera Communications Corporation Ltd. that the DTSA extends to extraterritorial conduct under Title 18 of the U.S. Code, Section 1837, and affirmed the resulting $407 million damages award for what the court called Hytera's "large and blatant theft of trade secrets."[1]...
