Furniture Brands Trustee Launches Clawback Campaign
The liquidation trustee for Furniture Brands International Inc. has launched nearly 100 so-called avoidance actions looking to claw back at least part of roughly $35 million in payments and transfers the home furnishing company made shortly before filing for Chapter 11 protection.
